摘要: In order to investigate the energy transfer process and mechanism of sensitization effect copper sodium tons on Er luminescence in ZnS: Cu, Er, Na phosphors, emission spectra, time-resolved transient behavior dependence intensities green (G-Cu) have been measured, It is confirmed that excitation ions caused by nonradiative from G-Cu centers centers. The experimental results show (i) copper-ions, which form centers, act as sensitizor luminescence, (ii) but do not sensitizor, charge compensators for trivalent erbium ions.
