摘要: The phylogeny of typical spider orchid (Caladenia subgenus Calonema) is investigated for the first time. analyses were performed using 17 RAPD and 10 ISSR primers on 30 taxa representing three groups (the dilatata, patersonii reticulata groups) yielding 135 63 polymorphic markers. average number markers produced from 5.12 4.48, respectively. 76 38 within species. highest amplified DNA fragments OPE15 (8.77 fragments) UBC 842 (6.71 while OPF04 (2.93 825 (3.02 gave smallest amplification products. Dice genetic similarity pairs individuals a species ranged 0.772 to 0.939 based 0.770 0.976 data.
