摘要: Fundamental properties of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) that are individually dissolved using twenty base paired-double-stranded (ds) DNA, (dA)(20)/(dT)(20), as well single-stranded (ss) twenty-mers oligo DNAs, adenine (dA)(20) and thymine (dT)(20), for comparison described. In this study, unbound DNAs fully removed from the hybrid aqueous solutions size-exclusion chromatography (SEC)-HPLC. Each SEC chromatogram shows two separated peaks; one is free others DNA/SWNT hybrids. The earlier eluent fractions (the hybrids) into four size-separated fractions, then their stability evaluated by re-injection fractions. chromatograms almost identical to those original ones even after storage month, indicating high dsDNA/SWNTs ssDNA/SWNTs hybrids in water. results us considering desorption bound-oligo dsDNA or ssDNA nanohybrids with SWNTs, which significant advantage utilization nanobiohybrids wide areas science. We also investigated near-IR absorption photoluminescence (PL) spectral behaviors fractionated DNA/SWNTs not containing corresponding DNA.
