摘要: Aim: Premature birth is the single largest cause of perinatal mortality and morbidity in nonanomalous infants all developed nations.The aim this study to survey role glucocorticoid therapy decreasing early neonatal complications preterm delivery. Methods: A case control was carried out on 300 labors.Half women received one four 6 mg doses dexamethasone every hours, depending interval between admission delivery. Neonatal were compared two groups. Results: Corticosteroid observed have greatest effect preventing respiratory distress 2934 gestational weeks. There a significant relationship antenatal corticosteroid neonates. Complications such as distress, sepsis, pneumonia, hyperbilirubinemia significantly lower group than control. Conclusion: It recommended that at high risk for labor before 35 weeks be given least 24 hours delivery order markedly reduce morbidity.
