摘要: We investigate the time evolution of a bacterial population near favorable spot with time-dependent convection. Diffusion, growth, and saturation effects lead to localized colony which spreads out in surroundings. Convection by but spatially uniform random velocity introduces fluctuations. Equations motion for ensemble averages are derived compared numerical simulations.
