摘要: ABSTRACT A method is described for the concentration of growth hormone (GH) fromhuman plasma. It based on recovery experiments human GH from plasma and demonstration in patients with acromegaly. Human treated trichloracetic acid soluble absolute ethanol precipitates extract by pH-fractionation without any loss biologic activity. high was found acromegaly but no activity could be detected normal subjects.
