摘要: Peripheral and central terminations of mystacial pad afferents in rats were labeled by anterograde transport wheat germ agglutinin-HRP (WGA-HRP) or choleragenoid HRP (B-HRP). Tracer was injected the trigeminal ganglion survival times 6–24 h. Most innervation previously observed with other techniques at least one tracers. This included extensive reticular endings from large-caliber a loose network fine-caliber axons vibrissal follicle-sinus complexes (F-SCs). Also individual highly branching bush-like profiles intervibrissal epidermis that arose fine to medium caliber afferents. Other revealed, such as beaded affiliated tylotrich hairs presumptive encapsulated lamellated both vibrissae small sinus hairs. Finally, labeling also revealed differences pattern Merkel rete ridge collars ring sinuses F-SCs. Each tracer produced different patterns related time which corresponded particular nucleus caudalis. WGA-HRP dense all types peripheral well laminae caudalis after short survivals, but diffused increased. B-HRP preferentially filled largest shorter while smaller became progressively longer survivals. In caudalis, extending into III, IV inner part lamina II outer has not been B-HRP. Along recent findings, these results reveal especially is far more complex than described. Also, depending on time, differ, must be taken account when interpreting using two
