摘要: A photon counting system includes a sensor and pixel circuitry. The circuitry charge sensitive amplifier (CSA), an analog to digital converter (ADC), event detector, coincidence detector. CSA is configured convert energy detected by the voltage pulse. ADC coupled output of CSA. digitize pulses generated detector determine whether exceeds threshold voltage, trigger based on exceeding voltage.
