摘要: The Kets, an ethnic group in the Yenisei River basin, Russia, are considered last nomadic hunter-gatherers of Siberia, and Ket language has no transparent affiliation with any family. We investigated connections between Kets Siberian North American populations, emphasis on Mal'ta Paleo-Eskimo ancient genomes, using original data from 46 unrelated samples 42 their neighboring groups (Uralic-speaking Nganasans, Enets, Selkups). genotyped over 130,000 autosomal SNPs, identified mitochondrial Y-chromosomal haplogroups, performed high-coverage genome sequencing two individuals. established that Selkups, Yukaghirs form a cluster populations most closely related to Paleo-Eskimos Siberia (not considering indigenous Chukotka Kamchatka). modern Selkups some Bronze Iron Age Altai region, all these sharing high degree ancestry. Implications findings for linguistic hypothesis uniting Na-Dene languages into macrofamily discussed.
