Study of calcium soap pyrolysates derived from Macauba fruit (Acrocomia sclerocarpa M.). Derivatization and analysis by GC/MS and CI-MS

摘要: An investigation has been undertaken of pyrolysates obtained from calcium soaps prepared vegetable oils in Macauba fruit (Acrocomia sclerocarpa M.). GC/MS showed the samples to be very complex, exhibiting more than 40 compounds. To attempt separate and identify constituents different techniques were used: methoximation, EI ammonia CI-MS. n-Alkane 1-alkane series located identified by characteristic ions m/z 85 83 respectively, molecular case lower members series. Identification homologous was further confirmed a mass spectral search (NIST), visual comparison with published spectra use linear retention index data. To target ketones aldehydes, methoxime derivatization employed. With EI-MS methoximes gave specific ion at 87, but no ion. Ammonia CI-MS used confirm weight both underivatized correlation data.
