摘要: Usually, when a patient is being investigated, only small subset of all available tests performed. Most selection methods for making this choice fail to account the risk and cost test. By attempting approximate decision-analytic ideal, via concept quasi-utility, authors developed information-to-cost ratio related measures, which balance utility information gained against price paid. Measurement relative importances diseases used further refine method. Key words: test se lection; diagnosis; decision analysis. (Med Decis Making 1989;9:133-141)
