摘要: Lymph node metastasis is still an important issue in metastatic process of lung adenocarcinoma. C-C chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) has been proved to be closely associated with the adenocarcinoma, and mechanism poorly understood. In order investigate relationship between CCR7 lymph explore role treating 40 clinical specimens were collected define adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemistry. The siRNA was used suppress expression A549 cells. scratch test, transwell qRT-PCR, western blot, flow cytometry immunofluorescence metastasis-related function vitro. athymic mice subcutaneous injection research formation vivo. Clinical case studies show that higher tissues a metastasis. Inhibition can reduce migration invasion VEGF-C, VEGF-D VEGF-R3 vitro Moreover, silence also suppressed WNT p-ERK pathways All results indicate promote regulating VEGF-C/D-R3 pathway. Thus proposed potential prediction for poor prognosis therapeutic target
