摘要: Freeze-dried platelet-rich plasma (FD PRP) is of potential value for clinical applications. However, growth factors released from FD PRP have not been well studied. Our study investigates factor release preparations, compared with other samples, to further facilitate such use. We used four experimental groups: (1) Fresh porcine (PRP), (2) activated by calcium chloride (CaCl2) (Ca PRP), (3) CaCl2, followed freeze drying (Ca-FD and (4) freeze-dried first, then CaCl2 (FD-Ca PRP). All samples were kept up 4 weeks at room temperature (22 °C) reconstituted prior analysis. Transforming factor-β1 (TGF-β1), platelet-derived AB (PDGF-AB), vascular endothelial (VEGF) quantitated ELISA 15 min 1 h incubation times. The concentrations all in Ca PRP, measured 1 h, significantly higher than those (p 0.05). Levels VEGF Ca-FD different (p > 0.05). TGF-β1 15 min, (p < 0.05). was efficiently chloride. remained rich after storage temperature, indicating its ease use wider possibilities This journal requires that authors assign a level evidence each submission which Evidence-Based Medicine rankings are applicable. excludes Review Articles, Book Reviews, manuscripts concern Basic Science, Animal Studies, Cadaver Experimental Studies.
