摘要: a b s t r c In the present work, two extraction techniques and green solvents have been tested to obtain - linolenic acid (GLnA)-enriched fractions from Arthrospira platensis (Spirulina). Expanded ethanol with CO2 (gas expanded liquid extraction, GXL) pressurized (PLE) using mixture of ethanol:ethyl lactate were optimized chemometrically. Results obtained allow understanding effects different factors involved in processes providing optimum conditions achieve maximum total yield lipids also GLnA recovery (%, w/w). Total yields up 20.7% (w/w), under PLE considering 20.7 MPa pressure, 180 ◦ C temperature 15 min time solvent composition (50:50, v/v), which recoveries 68.3% original amount was achieved. GXL provided 7.4% (w/w) 35.3%, both lower than those by PLE. © 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
