摘要: A new membrane electrode was constructed in which carrier-mediated uphill transport of analytes is incorporated. The can boost selectively virtual concentration specific by against their gradient across a built-in liquid into its inner filling solution, whose volume purposely made very small. Cd(II), UO/sub 2//sup 2 +/, and Cu(II) ion electrodes here as illustrative examples utilize three different types input energies, i.e., complexation, gradient, redox, respectively, for each analyte. Voltammetric detections were demonstrated Cd(II) +/ electrodes, potentiometric detection also described terms fundamental behaviors possible use type electrochemical sensor.
