摘要: Accumulating evidence exists that regular exercise offers protection against chronic disorders such as cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes, dementia, and depression. Although acute has numerous consequences, it is still discussed how contracting skeletal muscles mediate metabolic physiological effects of benefits on health. For years the search for stimulus initiates maintains change excitability or sensibility regulating centers in been progressing. lack more precise knowledge, called 'work stimulus,' 'the work factor' factor.' In other terms, big challenge muscle physiologists to determine signal central peripheral organs. Recently, we identified fibers produce release cytokine IL-6 into circulation during exercise. We further proposed cytokines, which are produced released by muscles, exerting their organs body, should be named 'myokines.' line with adipokines have suggested a term, restricted cover cytokines peptides secreted adipocytes, suggest term "myokines" used exclusively describe peptides, per se. Myokines may represent link from working adipose tissue, liver, vascular compartments. Here, review literature muscle- brain-derived IL-6. myokines also provide an explanation activity influences mood, performance, cognitive function.
