摘要: Induction and maintenance of peripheral tolerance are important mechanisms to maintain the balance immune system. Growing evidence indicates that dysregulation mucosal T cell responses may lead loss commensal flora development inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). Many studies suggest active suppression enteroantigen reactive cells mediated by regulatory contributes natural intestinal homeostasis. The use multiple animal models has not only improved our understanding IBD, but also contributed new suggestions treatment strategies involving cells. present review summarizes current knowledge their involvement in experimental IBD. well-characterized SCID transfer model naturally occurring CD4+CD25+ highlighted.
