摘要: Multidetector-row electrocardiogram (ECG)–gated cardiac computed tomography (CT) will probably be a major noninvasive imaging option in the near future. Recent developments indicate that this new technology is improving rapidly. This article presents an overview of current concepts, perspectives, and technical capabilities coronary CT angiography (CTA). We have reviewed recent literature on different applications technology; particular note are many studies demonstrated high negative predictive value (NPV) CTA, when performed under optimal conditions, for significant stenoses native arteries. technology’s level performance allows it to used evaluate presence calcified plaques, bypass graft patency, origin course congenital anomalies. Despite NPV, robustness limited by arrhythmias, requirement low heart rates, calcium-related artifacts. Some improvements needed stents, especially smaller detection characterization noncalcified plaques. Further more precisely determine role CTA various symptomatic asymptomatic patient groups. Clinical testing 64-slice scanners has recently begun. As improves, so does spatial temporal resolution. To date, being achieved through development systems with increased number detectors shorter gantry rotation time, as well equipped 2 X-ray tubes eventual flat-panel technology. Thus further improvement image quality expected.
