摘要: OBJECTIVE To assess if the effect of intracavernosal injection prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on duration and rigidity erection is dose dependent in patients with different types vasculogenic erectile dysfunction (ED)? METHODS A hundred ED were assigned into 4 groups (n = 25/each); group (A) arteriogenic ED, (B) veno-occlusive (C) mixed (arteriogenic veno-occlusive) (D) who have only psychogenic (control). After PGE1, assessed using penile Doppler ultrasonography hardness score together calculation duration. The starting PGE1 was 5 μg which increased to 10 µg 20 as a maximal when needed. RESULTS mean PSV A, B, C, D 24.38 ± 3.3, 37.74 8.28, 22.24 3.85, 47.76 6.27, respectively. In D, 88% achieved best response at while 5.3%, 21.7%, 0% respectively (P < .05 for each). rest required either or 20µg achieve response. Patients C highest .05). CONCLUSION Intracavernosal escalating doses improved ED.
