摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter describes the analysis of fatty acid distribution as applied to naturally occurring phospholipid and triglyceride mixtures. Fatty analyses are performed on natural glyceride mixtures consisting numerous “species” glycerides—that is, glycerides that have same composition—and each these species can be a mixture “positional” isomers, two in case phospholipids six “triacid” triglyceride. As all phosphoglycerides sn-glycerol-3-phosphate structure, analytical problem is narrowed down determination distribution. Two methods, both enzymatical, known: (1) selective hydrolysis ester bond by pancreatic lipase, (2) phospholipase A2. The generally suitable method second one; unfractionated snake venom usually used source phospholipase. It peculiarity reaction it carried out organic solvents, especially ether, although also precedes aqueous micellar solutions phospholipids. position-specific easily completion, acids (in remaining lysophospholipid) recovered analyzed.
