摘要: Classification is used for discovery of a predictive learning function that classifies data item into one several predefined classes. e.g., classify universities based on students number or offered programs, cars gas mileage, and Presentation it by decision-tree, classification rule, neural network, genetic algorithms, etc. It noted that, there are large amount obtained from the universities. We need to evaluate accurate assessment performance any institution. Currently decision in ministry higher education scientific research taken randomly, not logical analysis. Moreover, towards universal, Yemen has activate council accreditation, support start quickly effectively. In this paper, we have approach assist accreditation automation operations mechanisms, that's proposed using machine techniques, also help makers taking swift decisions. Our study institution wants take license three classes: grant grand provided improvement done, granting license. intelligent algorithms calculate probability degree standards, which predict through model building Naive Bayes algorithm. The method typically evaluation new depends existing institutions. experiment framework flexible parameters attributes with private training dataset, carefully generated tested real life applications. addition, implemented our as program.
