摘要: Resume Plus de 200 virus antigeniquemet distincts, appartenant a huit genres differents, atteignent en general tout l'arbre respiratoire et respectent assez peu la distinction anatomique bronchites, bronchiolites pneumonies. La morbidite long terme des viroses respiratoires est etablie par les enquetes epidemiologiques, l'absence traitement curatif mesures preventives sont importantes. Cliniquement infections virales peuvent marquer le debut d'une pathologie recidivante ou chronique, l'obstruction etant l'element majeur objective explorations fonctionnelles. Les recherches immunopathologie evaluent consequences l'inflammation, precisent l'existence dysregulation immunitaire interactions avec anomalies du controle neuronal. possibilites lors phase aigue l'atteinte limitees non evaluees, une meilleure connaissance mecanismes l'inflammation viro-induite pourrait donner cibles therapeutiques pour un possibilite prevenir allergies l'asthme. prevention transmissions nosocomiales, vaccination l'immunisation passive essentielles.
