High-Speed File Transferring Over Linux Bridge for QGA Enhancement in Cyber Range

摘要: Cyber Range has become an import infrastructure in current cyber security development which is used to systematically improve related abilities such as talent cultivation, cyberwarfare drilling and advanced technology testing. In range, communications controls between host guest system a very important function monitor manage the procedures of task, traffic analyzing, forensics, configuration transfer data transfer. QGA daemon program running inside designed support this requirement through virtual serial device. As limitations devices, performance poor, especially large file transferring. To overcome limitation, new mechanism named HSFT proposed. It uses NIC bonded on Linux bridge provides network connections communicate with system. The experiments results show that much faster than both reading writing processes.
