摘要: When virtual teams need to establish trust at a distance, it is advantageous for them use rich media communicate. We studied the emergence of in social dilemma game four different communication situations: face-to-face, video, audio, and text chat. All three richer conditions were significant improvements over Video audio conferencing groups nearly as good but both did show some evidence what we term delayed (slower progress toward full cooperation) fragile (vulnerability opportunistic behavior)
