摘要: There has been enormous debate regarding the possibility of a link between childhood vaccinations and subsequent development autism. This in recent times become major public health issue with vaccine preventable diseases increasing community due to fear 'link' We performed meta-analysis summarise available evidence from case-control cohort studies on this topic (MEDLINE, PubMed, EMBASE, Google Scholar up April, 2014). Eligible assessed relationship administration autism or spectrum disorders (ASD). Two reviewers extracted data study characteristics, methods, outcomes. Disagreement was resolved by consensus another author. Five involving 1,256,407 children, five 9,920 children were included analysis. The revealed no vaccination (OR: 0.99; 95% CI: 0.92 1.06) ASD 0.91; 0.68 1.20), nor there MMR 0.84; 0.70 1.01), thimerosal 1.00; 0.77 1.31), mercury (Hg) 0.93 1.07). Similarly found for increased risk developing following MMR, Hg, exposure when grouped condition 0.90, 0.83 0.98; p=0.02) type 0.85, 0.76 0.95; p=0.01). Findings suggest that are not associated disorder. Furthermore, components vaccines (thimerosal mercury) multiple (MMR)
