摘要: Electrospun fibrous substrates mimicking extracellular matrices can be prepared by electrospinning, yielding aligned as internal fillers to manufacture artificial nerves. Gelatin nano-fibers were electrospinning after tuning the collector rotation speed. The effect of alignment on cell adhesion and proliferation was tested in vitro using primary cultures, Schwann line, RT4-D6P2T, sensory neuron-like 50B11. Cell assessed quantifying at several time-points. Aligned reduced rate compared with random fibers. morphology organization investigated immunostaining cytoskeleton. Cells elongated their longitudinal body parallel B5011 cells had axon growth when cultured gelatin data show that electrospun fibers modulate vitro, suggesting this substrate shows promise an filler for design nerves peripheral nerve reconstruction.
