摘要: Pulmonary-renal syndrome is a common and serious disorder with broad differential diagnosis. We describe case of middle-aged man presenting interstitial pulmonary disease severe renal impairment caused by hypocomplementemic immune-complex-mediated nephritis. Serum levels IgG4 were elevated, biopsy specimens revealed the presence + plasma cells. There was rapid improvement both abnormalities after initiation corticosteroids. To our knowledge, this report first to show in association kidney as predominant symptoms IgG4-related disease.
