摘要: An end-coupled composite-slot-cavity resonator (CSCR) is proposed based on the subwavelength metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguides. When compared with perfect slot cavity, which acts as a Fabry–Perot resonator, plasmonic-induced absorption effect achieved in CSCR system. Single or dual windows will arise at former transmission peaks by arranging position of vertical-slot cavity CSCR. According to analyses phase responses, abnormal dispersions be inside windows. Therefore, one can manipulate fast-light applications nano-scale integrated circuits. Furthermore, same interference effect, transparency response normal dispersion also obtained changing system side-coupled one. The performances structure are analyzed and investigated using coupled mode theory finite-difference time-domain method, respectively.
