摘要: The aim of this study is to clarify the discrepancy regarding critical flow speed straight pipes conveying fluids that appears be present in literature by using Generalized Differential Quadrature method. It well known for a given “mass fluid” pipe” ratio, fluid are unstable flutter mode via Hopf bifurcation certain value speed, i.e. speed. However, there seems lack consensus if mass ratio system might lose stability different values or only single value. In paper an attempt answer question solving governing equation following first practical aspect related engineering problem and than simply considering mathematics problem. differential quadrature method used as numerical technique resolve transformed into discrete algebraic equations. thus reduced eigenvalue relationship between branches
