摘要: Abstract Lanthanum-doped titanium-zirconium-molybdenum (La-TZM) alloy with high strength and toughness was prepared by powder metallurgy rolling process. The influence of OH− concentrations (5%, 7% 10%) on the electrochemical behaviors La-TZM alloys investigated potentiodynamic polarization tests. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) used to characterize microstructure energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis secondary phase. corrosion mechanism analyzed comprehensively. results reveal that rate first decreases then increases increasing concentration. pitting firstly occurs around phase particles (La-Ti-Zr-O), expands along grain boundaries defects as potential increasing. addition rare earth element La affects formation passive film surface reduces resistance alloy. micro galvanic couples between matrix accelerate base material. Therefore, according environment, mechanical properties should be both considered in process strengthening additive elements.
