摘要: Levels of 16 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were investigated in 39 composite samples agricultural crops, related by-products, and foodstuffs collected Vojvodina, Serbia, 2002 through 2004. After extraction cleanup, OCPs determined by capillary gas chromatography using electron-capture detection. The highest mean level 0.971 ng/g whole weight (ww) was found for α-HCH wheat flour samples. levels well lower than the respective maximum residue limits set current European Serbian regulations. Mean OCP low (<1 ww) all sample types. most frequently 4,4′-DDT (identified 76.9% analyzed), followed γ-HCH (66.7%), β-HCH (48.7%), endosulfan II (41.0%). compared with data from other international surveys.
