摘要: Operational configuration and temperature compensation methods are provided for bulk acoustic wave (BAW) resonator devices suitable operating with liquids. Temperature dispense a need sensing, instead utilizing relationship between (i) change in frequency of BAW at phase adequate sensitivity (ii) that is correlated to temperature. include determination an initial response which coefficient zero, followed by comparison level detection threshold phenomenon interest.
