摘要: Abstract In this article we present and discuss the IT tools that Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories use to support their corporate foresight activities. These are integrated into an approach encompasses discovery of change, interpretation, triggering managerial responses. The overall system consists a tool for scanning weak signals on change (PEACOQ Scouting Tool), collecting internal ideas Gate 0.5), organizational responses (Foresight Landing page). Particularly link innovation management R&D strategy is discussed in detail. We further report value creation lessons learned have accumulated over last eight years throughout which been built gradually.
