摘要: A method and composition for forming investment casting patterns wherein thermally-collapsible microspheres are incorporated into the pattern composition. The can be made either by conventional techniques or solid imaging techniques. After investing microsphere containing in ceramic shell, shell heated, causing a collapse of thereby preventing cracking shell. is then heated to burn-out remaining material fire creating mold.
