Removal of dark current spikes from image sensor output signals

摘要: There is produced for each location of an image sensor, such as X, Y addressed photodiode array or a self-scanned charge transfer array, signal indicative the dark current amplitude at that location. During operation when producing excessive read out, rather than using stored location, there instead substituted level which average in adjacent locations sensor.
