摘要: Reader and plate methods, operations, systems for imaging/counting biological development on plates are shown described. One embodiment includes calibrating a reader. Calibration may be triggered by detecting quality control event or the like. The calibration process include receiving low and/or high calibrator, counting objects calibrator(s), comparing calibrator(s) to predetermined limit. result is an improved reader observing growth, when present, growth plate.
