摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common type of cancer and third leading cause cancer-related deaths worldwide. Liver resection or liver transplantation effective therapy for HCC because there are drugs approved by US Food Drug Administration to treat patients with unresectable an unfavorable overall survival rate; therefore, on basis molecular biology HCC, development biomarkers early diagnosis strategies still necessary improve patient outcomes. Fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 19 was amplified in from various studies, including The Cancer Genome Atlas. FGF19 plays a syngeneic function other signaling pathways primary development, such as epidermal receptor, Wnt/β-catenin, endoplasmic reticulum-related pathway, STAT3/IL-6, RAS, extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase, among others. In current review, comprehensive description pathway involved discussed. use big data bioinformatic analysis can provide useful clues further studies its application biomarker, targeted therapy, combination strategies.
