摘要: One of the most significant problems today is to treat effects metabolic diseases, such as diabetes. Thus, this study evaluated ability an ethanolic extract propolis (EEP) reduce inflammation in diabetes treatment. The used mice with STZ-induced mellitus (SID) and expression Toll-Like Receptor 3-4 was analyzed their innate immunity cells. SID had a higher TLR compared healthy control group. Treatment EEP using three different doses significantly decreased number B cells expression. This suggesting that treatment decreases TLR3 & TLR4 on (especially cells) from over which can affect acute inflammatory aggravate condition. Even relatively low decrease expressed by cell.
