摘要: Abstract To fulfill the requirement of energy sustainability, organic solar cells (OSCs) should combine use as a renewable source with materials that guarantee clean solution based on an evaluation full lifecycle from cradle to grave. In this study, we investigated possibility using combustion-produced nanoparticles (CPNs) in blends regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT), active layer OSCs. We present detailed characterization CPNs Raman spectroscopy, light absorption, cyclic voltammetry and differential mobility analysis, showing their optimal features band gap size for electron acceptor materials. Moreover spectroscopic investigation P3HT:CNPs blends, static dynamic fluorescence transient absorption spectroscopy. P3HT exhibits strong quenching shortened lifetimes when mixed CNPs. Interestingly, efficient charge transfer was observed high loading CNPs added blend.
