摘要: Purpose To evaluate visual and refractive outcomes after implantation of a trifocal intraocular lens (IOL). Design Prospective, nonrandomized noncomparative case series. Methods setting: Department Ophthalmology, Goethe University, Frankfurt/Germany. patient or study population: Twenty-seven patients (54 eyes) who had bilateral the AT LISA IOL (AT tri839MP; Carl Zeiss Meditec, Jena, Germany) pre-enrollment. Exclusion criteria were previous ocular surgeries excluding cataract surgery exchange, irregular corneal astigmatism >1.5 diopter, pathologies abnormalities. Intervention Observation Procedure(s): Postoperative examination at 1 3 months included manifest refraction; monocular binocular uncorrected (UCVA) distance-corrected (DCVA) acuity in 4 m, 80 cm, 40 cm; slit-lamp examination; tomography. At defocus testing, contrast sensitivity (CS) under photopic mesopic conditions, questionnaire on subjective quality vision, optical phenomena, spectacle independence performed. Main Outcome Measure(s): Three-months-postoperative UCVA DCVA 40 cm (logMAR); curve; CS; quality-of-vision results. Results Mean spherical equivalent was 0.05 ± 0.32 D postoperatively. Binocular distance, intermediate, near was −0.1 0.1 logMAR, 0.0 respectively. Despite some 92% would choose same again. Conclusion Evaluation showed good VA (0.1 logMAR better) far, distance; high satisfaction despite phenomena;
