摘要: Dynamic single-molecule force spectroscopy (SMFS) is a powerful method to characterize the mechanical stability of biomolecules. We address problem that standard manner reporting extracted energy landscape parameters does not reveal intrinsic statistical errors associated with them. This becomes particularly relevant when SMFS used compare two or more different molecular systems. Here, we propose methods allow for straightforward test significance. illustrate power by applying them experimental results obtained three dimeric coiled coils lengths. Both are general and may be applied any involving fit models correlated parameters.Dynamic parameters.
