摘要: Acute myocardial infarction is regularly followed by a depression in ventricular function (6–9). The performance of the ventricle will depend largely on extent necrosis; however, surviving heart muscle, which has to compensate for loss viable myocardium, be considered as well. Determinations following fail differentiate between infarcted and segment. Following experimental infarction, clearly nonischemic portion muscle shows changes its energy metabolism well reversible decline norepinephrine content (1–3). functional significance these changes, remains unknown. In present study, analysis was carried out after isolation exclude any effect infarct itself. To avoid illdefined border zone infarct, right papillary muscles were analyzed left infarction. An attempt thus made determine an acute contractile properties surviving, noninfarcted muscle.
