摘要: We report the use of a solution-processed ZnO nanoparticle buffer layer in hybrid solar cells based on blends poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and CdSe quantum dots. Depending size nanocrystal, these devices exhibit 20–70% higher photocurrent output than similar without layer, which is attributed to combination electronic optical effects. With negligible change open-circuit voltage small increase fill factor, power conversion efficiency P3HT:CdSe was increased by 30–80% with incorporation layer. The presence also drastically improves stability cells. Less 40% loss observed for such after 70 days exposure laboratory ambient any type encapsulation.
