摘要: Renal damage, which can be caused by gestational anomalies such as pre-eclampsia, carries a risk of complications; the greatest being in women who become pregnant while on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. If this rare event occurs, there is marked increase early uterine contractions and hydramnios, hypertensive crisis, preterm delivery intrauterine growth retard. Furthermore, newborns are almost always low birthweight. Patients undergo renal transplantation another high-risk category. In cases, pregnancy itself compromise success transplant immunosuppressive therapy correlated to it threat course normal fetal growth. Therefore, view lack appropriate guidelines for best possible approach treatment dialysis those with transplantation, advise these patients against becoming and/or provide valid counselling service illustrating extreme difficulties dangers involved pregnant.
