摘要: Carcinomas of the pancreas that developed in Tg(Ela-1, SV40E)Bri18 and SV40E+Ela-1, neo)Bri19 strains transgenic mice were classified into eight histologic patterns. The spectrum phenotypes was similar small large carcinomas, group included a higher fraction well-differentiated tumors fewer poorly differentiated anaplastic tumors. incidence islet far Bri18 strain (77%) than Bri19 (1.6%). Islet hyperplasia much more prevalent mice. In both strains, nontumorous showed dysplasia with abnormal distinctive pattern strain. While exocrine tumor is similar, significant differences occurred between these two mouse as models for pancreatic carcinogenesis.
