摘要: Abstract The material redeposited on the collector probe in SOL of TEXTOR after boronization has been identified as a-C/B : D, i.e. almost identical with virgin coating. A conversion factor 6.3 × 1017 C/cm2 for 100 nm thickness was found which corresponds to a density ρ = 1.26 g/cm2. Erosion C and B from coated graphite limiters causes stationary deposition during discharge distributions within SOL. After 200 discharges ratio B/C= 0.23 is lower than original (B/C= 1-0.5). Observations made confirm reduced O contamination plasma due boronization. Carbon rates have determined shotwise an integrated exposure by AES-depth profiling stratified deposit. rate 1 1016 C/cm2s typically at + 2 cm ne 2.8 1013cm−3. It increases densities do other impurities.
