摘要: Cystatin C is a member of the cystatin superfamily low-molecular-weight proteins that inhibit activity cysteine protease. The full-length cDNA encodes feline (FeCysC) has been cloned from white blood cells by oligo-capping method. consists 796 nucleotides and includes an open reading frame encoding polypeptide 146 amino acids. Next, we developed several mouse anti-FeCysC monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). recombinant FeCysC (rFeCysC) was expressed in Escherichia coli (E. coli) BL21 used as antigen to immunise mice. reactivity mAbs native examined western blot analysis against urinary protein cats with chronic kidney disease (CKD). three anti-rFeCysC (3-9G, 7-7C, 9-12F) were able recognise FeCysC.
