摘要: Objectives: (i) To find the incidence and study various aspects of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) in inpatients medicine department Shree Krishna Hospital, a rural tertiary care teaching hospital. (ii) test impact pharmacovigilance reporting ADR. Material & Methods: A prospective involving 600 patients admitted to medical wards TB Chest diseases ward over period six months retrospective analysis case files for corresponding previous year were carried out rate ADR, ADR like causality assessment, drugs frequently causing etc. Suitably structured pre-tested format was used compiling data. Results: In study, 18 (3%) developed significant number (77.78%) between 3 rd 10 th days administering drug/s. As increased, also increased.
