摘要: Abstract The effects of ethanol vapor pretreatment on the performance CrO x /SiO 2 catalysts during dehydrogenation propane to propylene were studied with and without presence CO . catalyst pretreated exhibited better catalytic activity than pristine , generating 41.4% conversion 84.8% selectivity. various samples prepared characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, temperature-programmed reduction, photoelectron spectroscopy reflectance UV-Vis spectroscopy. data show that coordinative Cr 3+ species represent active sites these serve as precursors for generation is reduced reaction, leading a decrease in activity. Following pretreatment, readily re-oxidized 6+ thus exhibits high reaction maintaining states.
