摘要: Polyphenol compounds consisting of caffeic acid oligomers were detected in cell cultures from Eritrichium sericeum Lehm.: (−)-rabdosiin, (+)-rosmarinic acid, and eritrichin; the quantitative contents individual polyphenols determined. The total content polyphenol biotechnological raw material was 6.9% dry tissue weight, which 26.5 times greater than roots native plant. Studies pharmacological activity experimental Lehm. preparation, containing a complex compounds, demonstrated increases renal excretory function suppression exudative stage inflammation as result prolonged use culture phytocomplex at dose 100 mg/kg.
